jira server shedule does not work ,and the mail can not send to issue creater , and mail server test weill

could you please explain a bit more detailed what does not work, what is intended for the function to do and if it worked before?

It will then be easier for Communiy folks to follow and to give an advise!

Hi @johnson liu -

It sounds like you're referring to The Scheduler or another Jira Server feature.  Since this does not necessarily relate to Opsgenie, it may be best to reach out to Jira Server Support for further assistance regarding this.
