is there a way to send grafana snapshots to slack

Hi,

We're evaluating opsgene.

Now we're sending grafana alerts directly to slack. Is there a way to send them tru opsgene but retain the snapshot that grafana generates in slack?

Basically the expected result is the same alert format as we get from grafana but with buttons (and alert management) from opsgene.

Thank you,

Vitaly

Hi Vitaly,

With Opsgenie you can create a slack integration, so alerts can come from Grafana to Opsgenie, and then Opsgenie will send a message to slack, with actions available to take on the Opsgenie alert straight from Slack.

So it sounds like you may want to retain your Grafana -> Slack integration, and also setup a Grafana integration with Opsgenie, and a Slack integration with Opsgenie. Does this help?

Let me know if you have anymore questions!
