I product manage a monitoring tool called SnappyFlow and we typically use webhooks with a standard payload to send alerts to incident management tools like Opsgenie.
In the case of Opsgenie, I don't see any documentation for this. I see some reference to a alert api v1 but it is mentioned as deprecated.
What am I missing ? where can I get the POST url ?
Hi @ram kumar ,
It doesn't look like Opsgenie has a prebuilt integration with SnappyFlow. Opsgenie also does not have in inbound webhook integration.
So we'll typically see customers leveraging either our Email or API integration when Opsgenie doesn't have something prebuilt, and to integrate with external systems:

https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/create-a-default-api-integration/

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
