When new relic created the alerts, alerts were not generated in Opsgenie via newrelic V2 integration

I completed configurations of opsgenie integration with New Relic.  But when new relic created the alerts, alerts were not generated in Opsgenie via newrelic V2 integration.  The notification logs show that the notification was send to Opsgenie via webhook.   Please help me to fix it.

When an alert is not created, if the payload reaches Opsgenie, the debug logs will usually tell you why. Here are guides on how to use the debug logs and troubleshooting alerts not being created:
