When checking "User details and activity" report under Analytics -> User Management Report, we noticed that "Last logged in" column shows wrong data for some users. In comparison, the report for user activity downloaded from Atlassian main administration page seemed about right. What to rely on? Is there any API way to get such data?
Best regards :)
Hey @Luka_Vrlika
There isn't a way to pull data from Analytics section of Opsgenie via API. We have the Alert API which can be used to pull alert data from Opsgenie, then you can use this data to create your own analytics reports. The Get Alert request will return a specific alert's data, including a report section which provides the ackTime, closeTime, acknowledgedBy, and closedBy fields of that particular alert.
This allows you to run similar reports that are available in Analytics section in Opsgenie. If this is not sufficient, could you share specifically what you'd be looking to pull via API from the Analytics section in Opsgenie? I'd be happy to submit a feature request.
Hi @Abhay Sarraf thank you for the reply. Unfortunately this data from Alert API is not sufficient for us. We would like to get "Last logged in" data for every user that logs to our Opsgenie instance using API (it's a requirement due to GDPR). Same data can be retrieved in the UI (Analytics -> User Management Report -> under User details and activity column "Last logged in", but we'd like to have an API way. Thank you in advance :).

Hey @Luka_Vrlika
We currently don't have the Last login details available via API. But we do have a Feature Request opened for this data to be available via API
I would advise you to add yourself as a watcher to the Feature Request to stay updated on my comms by the Engineering team.
You can also read about our feature implementation [policy here|https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/implementation-of-new-features-policy-201294576.html].
