Looking for the list of actions to add to config.json. Here is the list available on integration's config page (I was able to guess "Create"):
OEC action - config.json action
alert is created - Create
alert is acknowledged
alert is unacknowledged
alert is snoozed
a user executes "Escalate to Next"
a note is added to the alert
a responder is added to the alert
a tag is added to the alert
a tag is removed from the alert
alert is closed
alert is escalated
a custom action is executed on alert
a user executes "Assign Ownership"
a user takes ownership of the alert
alert's priority is updated
Hi @Michael123
Chris here with Opsgenie support. Out-of-the-box OEC supports receiving many actions from Opsgenie when one is executed within the UI. A good sample of these can be seen at the following doc area: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/opsgenie-edge-connector-alert-action-data/
Additionally, you can also reference an actual OEC integration to view the configurable options under the integration :
In conjunction with this, you can also define custom actions on Opsgenie alerts via the integration settings which would then be able to be executed on the alert. These custom actions can also be sent over to OEC.
I hope this helps!
