Team on-call calendar not updating in Outlook

Hi,

I exported my team's schedule to Outlook using the "export with manual URL" option. I'm able to see the calendar, but it doesn't refresh. This was not the case when I exported my personal on-call schedule (from My Profile > Your on-call schedule), that one does update periodically.

Is this expected behavior? It is unclear from the documentation if it's possible to export a team's schedule periodically.

Hi @pcordero

Yes you can export the schedule automatically if you give your IT engineers this API reference it will explain how to setup the API call, however setting up the automation on your end would fall outside our scope of support, it will be therefore your engineer's responsibility to create a script to automate the exporting and adding to your calendar.

Thanks and kind regards,

Allen
