We have Grafana 10 setup and are now setting up Opsgenie. In grafana we are setting up a contact point to send alerts to OpsGenie, that is all setup but when we try to send a test alert we get webhook response status 422 unprocessable Entity. Any Ideas ?
I found in Grafana 10.0.3 this was broken with the same symptoms

I would double-check to make sure you've saved the integration in Opsgenie before you send the test. If that isn't the issue, the debug logs can usually help point you to the issue. Here is an article on using the debug logs:

The integration is already setup in OpsGenie. I checked the logs section after I tried to test the alert in Grafana and there is nothing in the OpsGenie log.
