Going through the API documentation I can see that you can export a schedule as an .ics file: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/schedule-api#export-schedule
Instead of the .ics file, I need the webcal link that is generated when you click "Open calendar" in the On-call schedule toolbar.
Is there anyway to get this link other than manually clicking the "Open calendar" button for every schedule in our account?
Thanks
Hey there Matthew,
Welcome to the community :-)
Currently there is not other way to we the Webcal link, the api currently only exports to ics.
Can you please tell me the use case you are trying to solve by getting the Webcal link? Perhaps I could suggest a different route.
Thanks
HI Elelta,
While I cannot speak for Matthew, I believe exporting via Webcal link would allow external calendar applications to sync the schedule with opsgenie while exporting via file would only give the end-user a snapshot of the schedule.
Personally I also used the webcal link for quick access to the calendar via outlook. This seems to no longer be the case.
Kind regards.
