Opsgenie not getting alerts if Prometheus tag it as "warning"

So for alerts with P1 to P5 tags on Prometheus, alerts are being received by Opsgenie but alerts tagged as "warning", it will never received by Opsgenie, how do I configure Prometheus or Opsgenie so it can also receive "warning" alerts (not P3).

Hi @Vladimir Blando ,

Are you able to check your account's logs under the Settings tab -> Debug section to see if Opsgenie is receiving any warning / error requests? The requests from Prometheus might not be matching some conditions in order to create alerts.

You should be able to adjust what's configured in Alert Manager when this this "warning" is triggered - then map it to the corresponding priority. This other community post may help a bit in configuring Alert Manager: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/How-to-set-Opsgenie-alert-priority-from-Prometheus-alert/qaq-p/1211053

Otherwise - on the integration level you can always filter on what field "warning" is being parsed in, and map it to the corresponding priority:
