I actually try to integrate Opsgenie with Jira and have some problems and I can´t find any solution.
I want to get a Notification on my Phone, when I get a Ticket in Jira with Priority 1 (Highest), so here my problems:
* Even if I get a Ticket in Jira with Priority 1, it always translated into an Priorty 3 Opsgenie Alert, how can I change it, that I get a Priority 1 Opsgenie Alert, when the ticket in Jira is P1?
* I don´t get any Notifications on my Phone. When I ack the Alert I sometimes get the Notification Mail (It´s not working always) and the Notification on my Phone doesn´t appear.

For the notification issue, I would suggest opening a support ticket at support.atlassian.com so we can investigate with specific examples.
