Opsgenie Slack Integration

Hi! 

I created a connection between slack and opsgenie following this tutorial
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-slack-app/

However another opsgenie account was configured to use the commands (so I can't execute commands in my new opsgenie account). I don't have access to the old opsgenie account to remove the integration. 

Is there a way to disconnect the old opsgenie account from the slack integration without accessing it?

I would suggest reaching out to Opsgenie support and we can track down the other account and see what options are available.
