Opsgenie - Logstash integration

My Logstash using file input which mean its stream the file log. Everytime i added the new one (new log) it sent to the elastic index but it wont triggered the opsgenie to create an alert. but when i try to sent the log from another instance to logstash instance, it can triggered the opsgenie. did i missed something?

Hi @Dhody Rahmad Hidayat - the Logstash integration uses a plugin to send alerts to Opsgenie: https://rubygems.org/gems/logstash-output-opsgenie. it sounds like that plugin may not be getting triggered for those new logs?
