Good day to everyone.
I have an Email integration that applies Tags to an alert. However, those Tags don't seem to be applied by the Jira integration. Instead, all I see is fromOG. In my Jira integration, I have Tags = jira, {{components}}, {{labels}}. I would expect that at minimum, I get the jira tag.
Thanks,
Wei
Hi @Wei
Hope you are well :)
Unfortunately, the ability to have tags from Opsgenie create labels in Jira is not possible however we do have a feature request for this one that we are tracking internally with a ticket ID of OGS-717.
I have added you as a requestor for this feature request!
Thanks,
Connor

We also look for such a feature.
Our use case is:
We would like to trigger some Jira Automation rules which checks then the labels on the created Jira ticket and would execute different actions based on these set labels.

Hoping to get this feature ASAP, or any feature really that will allow us to add standard fields and metadata/tags to the outgoing payload in this official integration.
