Opsgenie Analytics report not restricting to In hours

We are using analytics feature within OpsGenie continuous improvement purposes and reporting. In particular we are focussed on MTTA MTTR.  We are wondering whether there is a way to set working hours within the tool?

Currently it looks as though averages calculated span 24/7 which somewhat skews the metrics as, for example, engineers are only working on support during business hours. The schedules and rotations set up are also 'retricted to time intervals'. Is anyone aware of how/if this can be achieved.

Hey Michael,

I hope you're well and taking care of yourself. Thanks for creating a community post with your excellent question. 

I would like to set current expectations that currently Analytics does not have a feature like this to be able to adjust the working/business hours within the reports.

Having said that, there is a feature request for this here. If you have some time, please upvote and share your use case in the comments along with watching the post for any new future updates.

We definitely understand that there is a need for a feature like this and so does the rest of our Opsgenie community. Please let us know if you need anything else. All the best!
