Opsgenie does not have a direct integration to Google Chat at the moment, but I've gotten a Feature Request filed here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-613, and I would recommend voting on it, and adding yourself as a Watcher for updates from Engineering.
In the the interim, those options you posted would serve as good workarounds, though they would not be as robust as the Slack Integration Opsgenie has. Zapier in particular has been used with unsupported app integrations.
