Hello,
I would like to know what timezone the entries in the Timeline of the manually created incidents refer to. I assume that the incident timeline is set to the timezone configured in the profile of the user who created the incident (User Time Zone), but can you confirm that it is not shown in the account timezone (Account Time Zone)?
Thank you in advance
@Celia Gallego Hi there,
It is the user time zone that you have set that is displayed in the incident timeline

Thank you Chris,
So this may change from incident to incident depending on the user generating the incident (and therefore the incident timeline)?
This can cause confusion when the same client receives postmortem reports generated by different users of the Incident Management team, especially if no section of the postmortem report indicates which time zone is used as reference (I don't see any way to add this information in an automated way).

@Celia Gallego No it should always display the users local timezone that they have set. So it can vary what is displayed from user to user. Are you noticing that when a user is viewing it it is not showing in their timezone?

No, what happens is that we generate the post mortem reports based on this information and export them to Confluence, from where we share them with the clients.
That's why I was saying that the same client may be receiving post mortems reports (from different incidents) in different time zones depending on the user who created the incident, and this can cause confusion for the client.
