Oncall person's log shows [No rule], and another person's notification runs fine

I see both the users in the same team, but seems like user 1 is not getting notifications. Why is the "New alert" rule not being applied?

Hi @Haseeb Khan,

 

This is Tejaswi form the Opsgenie support team and happy to help.

 

From the shared screenshot, The user1 one is added as responder to the alert, But the user does not have any active notifications or the notification rules don't match the alert to send the create alert notification of the user.

 

I recommend you go to settings - >users -> user1 -> notification -> and the users have configured the notification rules correctly for the "New alert" section of the notification rules.
