Hello, I need to understand what happens if you are called by OpsGenie when you have multiple phone numbers listed in your personal profile.
The specific example I have is if someone has two phone numbers listed in Notification - Contact methods for Voice and the system calls that person, is there an order of operation of what number will be called first - or will both/all the numbers listed in your profile be called at the same time?
This is important to understand as if you have the phone number settings set to call for 20 seconds before it moves on to the next person in the rotation, will it call both numbers for 20 seconds, or will it call the first number for 20 seconds and then try the second for another 20 seconds before moving to the next person? Thanks.
