MS Teams integration send alerts also ne delay policies

Hi,

we configured a notification delay at night due to the fact that we only provide 9/5 support.

Unfortunately the MS Teams integration sends alerts during this times.

 

Any idea how this can be fixed?

 

I can not configure not send a message if alert is snoozed. (I am using Safari)

It's not possible to delay / suppress MS Teams notifications. We have an open feature request for this functionality you can follow, watch and vote for here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-726
