I would like to link Service Management or Work Management Jira tickets to a postmortem in Opsgenie. I only have the option to link tickets from software projects. A feature request was supposedly created for this, yet I don't know about the status of it nor the ETA.
Could someone from Atlassian please check on this?

I have reviewed the previous ticket and rest assured our engineering team is already notified of this requirement with a feature request.
I am sorry, I couldn't provide a definite answer for the exact ETA. Every feature request will be carefully analyzed by our product teams. Depending on the demand received from customers for this feature and the future roadmap of the product, a decision will be made on implementing this feature.
This feature request is currently available on a new public-facing system, following the request URL https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-189. You can track the feature request using the URL shared and also you can vote on it to further prioritize.
