I would like to let you know that if you are using Opsgenie associated with JSM it would not sync Opsgenie Incidents with JSM incidents, instead it wold create the responder alerts directly for the Incidents that are being created in JSM.
You could find this information and configuration from JSM --> Project --> Project Settings --> Incident Management.
