JSM Incident issue type vs OpsGenie Incident

Can you please tell me if there is a link between JSM Incident issue type and opsgenie Incident.

Hi Abraham,

I am Agaci from Opsgenie support. Happy to help you today! 

I would like to let you know that if you are using Opsgenie associated with JSM it would not sync Opsgenie Incidents with JSM incidents, instead it wold create the responder alerts directly for the Incidents that are being created in JSM.

You could find this information and configuration from JSM --> Project --> Project Settings --> Incident Management.
