Is there a way to hide/disable the "Create Alert" button on the main Alert screen

At our company we do not want Opsgenie users to create alerts manually since all alerts will come from external monitoring systems.  Is there a way we can disable the blue button "Create alert" that shows up on the main "Alerts" screen?

Hi @Edmundo Rangel ,

There isn't a way to "hide" the Create Alert button from the alerts page in Opsgenie. 

However depending on what Opsgenie plan you are on, you can create a custom role and remove the "Create Alert" permission from that role, and assign that role to the users you do not want to be able to Create Alerts from the Alerts page in Opsgenie...

e.g.

If your Opsgenie account is on a "standalone" Opsgenie plan , then you would need to have the Standard or Enterprise plan to have access to add custom roles.

If your Opsgenie account is on a JSM plan, then you would need to be on JSM Premium, or JSM Enterprise plan in order to have access to add custom roles.
