In all incidents we have to put 7 extra properties relate to our internal info, we need that automatically. Is there a way to automatize this?

This should be possible whether the incidents are being created automatically or manually.
If you are automating incident creation through incident rules, you should be able to add extra properties to the incident rule here:
If you are manually creating incidents, you'd first want to create an incident template and add the extra properties here:
Then when manually creating an incident, select this incident template, and the extra properties will populate:
If you were hoping to have the extra properties from alerts automate into the incident at creation, that unfortunately is not possible at this time. We have an open feature request for this you can following here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-350
