We have multiple teams under our organisation and are some what new to using OpsGenie.
We've noticed some stacked alerts are missed as they have been acknowledged and the sort option by default is sorted by created date instead of occurred.
Is it possible to change the default sort option to Occurred company wide?
Forgot to mention, we understand the sort option can be changed manually for each user by using the filter, but want to force the option to be set to occurred by default.
