This particular dialog seems to have hard-coded options for the severity field value, which populates an extended property in the OpsGenie Incident object when a major incident is created from a Jira Service Management Incident (and linked together).

Could you elaborate what the question is here? Are you not seeing the severity field option when creating a major incident from a JSM incident?
