Icinga Opsgenie acknowledgement

Hello everyone!
Right now we have Icinga 2 monitoring and Opsgenie Cloud integration.
Have problems to solve:
1. Acknowledgement message doesnt shows in Opsgenie alert, it only updates statuc to Acked
2. In Icinga it is possible to acknowledge alert till the end of chosen day, it s it possible to make so in OpsGenie?

**Opsgenie:** Cloud

*** Icinga 2 version used (`icinga2 --version`):** 2.9.5
*** PHP version used (`php --version`):** 7.2.24
