Elastalert provides a config rule example for Opsgenie here: https://github.com/Yelp/elastalert/blob/master/example_rules/example_opsgenie_frequency.yaml
If you're still not seeing alerts being created in Opsgenie, you can check the logs in your account to see if there are any errors relating to Elastalert.
