We have some alerts from integration which triggers only during some specific maintenance period , how can i stop the create the alert over opsgenie.

"Maintenance can be used to enable/disable multiple alert policies/integrations in order to prevent alerts from being created or activate other maintenance routines. You can create multiple maintenance entrie" - I tested it didn't worked.

One common reason maintenance policies may not be applied is that the alert is not assigned to the team where the policies is set up.
Maintenance policies are configured on a team level, which means the alert must have an owner team for the team's policies to be applied.
