Hi, noob question.
All incoming JIRA tickets are automatically set to P3.
I am thinking: Manual update of priotiy in JIRA --> then manual update of priority in Opsgenie--> to push the notification alert when updated to P1 or P2.
is there a way to automate this? --> an update of priority in JIRA will also reflect in Opsgenie, pushing a notification alert for P1 and P2 tickets. Thank you.
By default, increasing priority of an alert in Opsgenie will start the alert process over again.
If you want to have the priority of tickets in JSM to match Opsgenie it depends on what version of JSM you are using. Is it Standard or Professional?
