I'm not able to find API Integration option inside the Integration.

Generated a key in key management, But it's throwing exception.

{ "code": 40301, "message": "To perform this action, use an API key from an API integration.", "took": 0.0, "requestId": "33035978-37eb-4781-9a63-23e387020a66" }

Hey Ullas,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community.

It looks like you are trying to use an API key that was generated in Key Management, but to perform actions with Opsgenie API, you need an API key created through an API integration specifically.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Go to Integrations in your Opsgenie settings.
  2. Create an API Integration or choose an existing one.
  3. Generate the API key through that integration.

This key will have the proper permissions needed to execute API calls.

Best Regards,
Egor
