How to disable all abilities except ascribe notes to alert in Slack

Hi. I have Opgenie integration with Slack and I need to give the ability to add comments only to the alert but all other actions like Acknowledge, Unacknowledged, Close, and est... needed to be disabled.
I already tried working with integration settings in Opsgenie but without results.

Do you mean you would like to restrict the available actions from Slack side?

If yes, unfortunately, there is no way to achieve that in the current design.

The "Alert Action" section in the screenshot you attached is to define what are the actions on the Opsgenie Alerts that performed on the Opsgenie side are qualified to be pushed to the Slack channel, not the other way around.

To have the capability to define the allowed executable actions on the Slack side, I have created a feature request, OPSGENIE-495, please vote it and set yourself as a Watcher to receive the latest update.
