Hello @Patrick Mischler ,
The Logs page is the place where all the incoming data related to integrations, configuration updates within your organization, and detailed versions of the alert activity events can be viewed in the alert activity logs.
You can search your organizational logs through the Logs page, for the last 2 weeks from that moment.
API: Logs API
These logs have a retention time of the last 13 days, however, the alerts will stay in your Opsgenie instance once created and wouldn't be deleted automatically as long as your account stays active.
Best,
Shashwat
Hi @Shashwat Khare ,
The question was more in regards of the alerts sent to Opsgenie and how long they are stored in the system (retention time for alerts). We need this information for our documentation.
Best,
Patrick

Hello @Patrick Mischler ,
My sincere apologies for the confusion :)
The Retention Time depends on what pricing plan of Opsgenie you're subscribed to and it's as below:
Plan Retention Time
Free 3 months
Essentials 6 months
Standard 1 year
Enterprise Unlimited

Shashwat
