My Company is using OpsGenie to get alerts from another software called Graphana but all alerts come with the same priority number (which is 3). I wanna know if there's a way how to put a fixed priority for all alerts. I've tried changing it inside the alert but only happens for that alert only. If anyone is using Graphana as well and have worked on this would be helpful.

Although it's for AWS, the idea is the same.
