Hi @Lalit Narvekar !

There isn't a way to query for the notes field on the Alert Dashboard in Opsgenie. We do have a feature request for this - so hopefully this will be implemented in the future.

The Alert API has an Option to List Alert notes, so you could build a script to find alerts that do not contain any notes by leveraging the List Alert Notes API request.

Thanks,

Samir

Hi Atlassian Team,

Whether the feature to identify the Notes field which is blank is addressed in Opsgenie alerts?

Regards,

NANDAS.

@Samir Do you have a link to the feature request for this? I would like to keep track and vote if possible as we have team members looking for this

Thanks,
Stephen
