I am getting the following errors while trying to get connect opsgenie to Salesforce.

Variable does not exist: EngineeringReqNumber__c

Variable does not exist: PotentialLiability__c

These fields do not exist in our SFDC org.  If these custom fields need to be created for the OpsGenie integration, where is the documentation of the field configuration (data types, field level access etc)?

Hello @[deleted]

I'm Shashwat from the Atlassian Team and here to help!

Please refer to the below document for the missing field definitions:

https://opsgenie-218b8922aad7.intercom-attachments-1.com/i/o/149521223/c99d3ec82e305d86f44e3e36/opsgenieTrigger.txt

This payload has the definitions for both the variables,  EngineeringReqNumber__c and PotentialLiability__c

Best,
Shashwat
