Good day!
One of our customers is using Standalone Opsgenie with the Standard Plan. We have a concern regarding notifying end customers who are not part of any on-call schedules or policies.
We need to ensure that:
End customers are notified via email when an alert is created.
We can add an email distribution list so that all relevant recipients are notified.
When an end customer replies to the email, their reply is automatically captured and logged in the Alert Activity Log.
We are trying to implement this process, and the main question is: Is it possible to configure this setup in the Standalone Opsgenie Standard Plan? If yes, a detailed explanation of the process would be much appreciated.
Please help us understand how we can move forward with this.

Thank you for reaching out with your question.
Currently, Opsgenie does not support sending notifications directly to a distribution list. Notifications can only be sent to individual users configured within the system. If you want a distribution list to receive alerts, you would need to create a new user and set the distribution list email as the notification method, or update an existing user's notification settings with that email.
