We have an opsgenie global Incident Managment role and would like to give them Admin readonly rights so then can view teams and diagnose alert failures based on team configurations. However we don't want them to be able to API keys. I need a clearer understanding of what Admin readonly rights allow.

Read only Admins are not allowed to access API Keys in your account (both from an integration and your API Key management page). They can only get the API Keys of any Team-based integration of a Team that they are an admin of.
