Is there a way to add to the email output from PRTG to OpsGenie? i tried adding %tag and didn’t work, then inspected the page and found a class tag of “taglabel” and added that and still no luck. What I want is to be able to have some kind of unique output to filter the priority of each alert automatically.

Hi @Alex Robson ,

We have this guide on mapping priorities:

One option is to use separate 'create' actions with a different filter for each one and a hard-coded priority.
