Hello, I have Opsgenie integrated with our JSM cloud project.
What I'm looking for is a way to accomplish this: When an issue is assigned in our JSM, I want the alert in Ops Genie to be Ack'd for p3 and lower priority.
Ideally, I'd like to use the incoming alert automation rules for this.

It is recommended to use OpsGenie only for critical alerts and not for everyday incident notifications, as there is a section within the project where you can configure incident notifications.
Keep in mind that if you use OpsGenie for all types of alerts, you won’t be providing an appropriate response time or giving the proper priority to critical incidents.
