I'm using an email integration to receive notifications (ups and downs) from Domotz.
They're all coming in, but I don't see this screen, so I can tell OpsGenie to close the alert on an up notification.
Do I need more than an Essentials account to do this?

That is correct, your screenshot is from the integration's advanced settings, which are only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans.
