Currently the app has default reports.


I would like to manage the filters to create reports for different levels for example one for management that shares data on the worst case scenarios and best scenarios.

ie the highest response times,most repetitive alerts,Users with the best and worst performance.

Reports that are not so general but give the good,the bad and the ugly for decision making.

This is something our Engineering team is working on improving, and we have a Feature Request here that I would recommend voting for and following that ticket. Engineering will be reviewing the request requirements and providing updates directly from that ticket going forward for the request.
