About 6 months or so ago my phone stopped ringing when I get an on-call notification. I only receive a text message. I would prefer it to ring. I have an Android phone. Nothing has changed other than the usual system updates from Android. I would like to get this fixed.

Basically, there are a few steps you need to check:
1. Go to your Opsgenie account >> Settings >> Notifications and check if your "Schedule Start" action is set properly.
2. Check if your app has permission to send you notifications.
