Alert extract including Priority

Is it possible to extract list of Alerts with the Priority value per Alert?

Hi @Donny Gison ,

This is Darryl, Opsgenie Support, I am here to help. 😃

Understand that you would like to extract a list of alerts with their Priority value contained.

This can be achieved on the Alert Analytics report.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Alert Reports > Alert Analytics.
  2. Click on the Number of Alerts, and click Show Alerts Detailed or simply Show Alerts.

  3. You will find a table with all the alerts returned in the default Filters including their Priority. If you want to export it, please click the Download Results at the top right corner.

  4. You may select the flexible options to define the exported format.
