Alert and schedule not visible in mobile app

Dear all,

We are actually evaluating opsgenie from a trial version of jira cloud.

We have created a simple email integration to send alert via email which works fine and define a team with schedule.

Then we download the android mobile app in which I login with my account for which I belong to the current schedule team.

When opening the app he cannot find anything, no schedule, no alert,no service...

Any idea ?

Hi @serge calderara ,

If you or your other user are logged into the correct account, then you should be able to check your alerts and schedules here:

I see you opened this other post so maybe you are in the incorrect account: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Opsgenie-questions/Mobile-app-connection/qaq-p/1665588

When logging into the mobile app, you should be prompted to enter the account name in which you would like to login into (unless your email is only tied to one Opsgenie account):
