In OpsGenie, I want to change the naming conventions for the incident levels from P1 to P6 and have the ability to remove incident levels. How can I accomplish this?

Hi @Joseph Stafford ,

That's not currently possible. We don't have custom priority levels at this time.

We have an open feature request for this that I've added you to. That ticket for reference is MORPHEUS-1540. Since Opsgenie tickets are not public, we'll reach out directly if/when there are any developments.
