Add tags or extra properties with custom action

How can I add a custom action in Opsgenie that enables me to manipulate the alert itself, such as adding tags or extra properties?

considering that setting Opsgenie API as a generic API endpoint for this purpose is currently blocked

Hi @davidbell ,

You can either send the request to a third-party endpoint like a lambda function or you can use OEC to execute a custom script which will point back to the Opsgenie API.
