Is there any way to get SMS notifications for certain tickets?
How can we auto configure SMS and Email in Jira , could you please suggest or provide guideline so we can implement or test from our end .
Currently, it's not possible to configure SMS notifications in Jira.
We had feature requests for Jira Cloud and Server, but it was closed as "Won't do":
Email notification already had in Jira, this configuration is made directly in the project settings on "Notifications" and "Customer notifications" (if you are using Jira Service Desk), but it also depends on the type of notification you need, if it's something specific, please let us know.
