How to create and track multiple projects?

Yagya Shahi December 16, 2020

As a freelancer, I work on multiple projects of varied deadlines, urgency levels and changes in tasks. Is there any feature that allows me to differentiate the assignments by color, for instance? Can I also set alarms for deadlines?

Thanks a lot in advance.

@Yagya Shahi

if you only follow the projects and not other people, and if you want to use Jira, you can make custom fields for the issues and then use the function that is in the kanban board to highlight the issues. by default it is for assignee for example, but you can make a jql filter and use your custom field. For the "set alarms for deadlines" part I'd suggest a filter alongside with a Issue Subscription.
You will then get an e-mail will all issues listed in it where the criteria matches. Some inspiration can be found in a related post from Community.
