Hello all!
I've been using JSM for about 2-3 years now. Originally on Server and now in the cloud. It's been fun learning how to use JSM beyond the original use case of a service desk or team.
Hi everyone, At my company we don't use JSM and I know very little about service management, but I thought I would join this group to learn more about it.
Hi All..
I have been using and administering JSM for more than 3 years now. Happy to join this group.
Hey there! I am Gabriela, part of the Appfire support team and based in Portugal.
Using Jira Service Desk daily for the past 3 years and only finding this group now, what a shame!
Hi All!
Hi all, I have been working with Atlassian products since 2013 but I am newest to JSM. I set up my first JSM project for an interview just over a year ago. I am also here to learn and share my experiences as a consultant helping people set up their projects.
Hello all, I am a new hire. First time using JSM.
Hi @STurner ,
Welcome to the community !!
Hello all,
I have been using JSM for almost 6 months now. There is still a lot to learn and to be honest, we are still trying setting up the environment. We tend to have a MVP setup and just go from there.
At this moment I am redesigning our workflows, and working on an integration with Jira Software so my engineers can collaborate more smoothly.
I do have an interesting use case concerning setting up a knowledge base with Refined. We have created our articles in Confluence and linked them to a Refined knowledge base with a custom URL.
However, it doesn't seem possible to change the default KB URL's to the Refined portal. This is limiting us in our work since we cannot link KB articles from JSM due to the wrong URL being used. Also, sign-up e-mails are using the wrong URL. This is causing us to reconsider going back to the "vanilla" KB of Atlassian. I'd rather have a functional KB instead of a pretty one.
Anyway, good to be here! Let's keep learning together
Hi All, I am using JSM since 3 years, but still I feel I need to learn more as more and more requirements comes to me from my Org. Users.
its good and learning ..

Hello All, my name Is Steven and I've been using JSM for about 7 years now.
I've seen a lot of different deployments and tackled a lot use cases using the product, and I've seen the exciting and transforming journey the product has been though over the recent years. My start with JSM was as a L1 Service Desk Tech, which over time has lead me to an engineering position at an Atlassian partner and now solution architecting, implementing, and engineering solutions for enterprises globally.
The product is amazing and from the smallest team to the largest enterprise, there is a plan and setup that fits. Possibilities are endless with the product.
Hello all!
Patricia here, working with Jira Service Management since 2018 in a daily basis.
During this time, I have a lot of use cases i would share, but my favorite one is the ESM process I have built in it for a company that uses Jira Service Management in all their departaments, not only IT.
My fun fact is that I dont develop.... But I have a bunch of automations done in Jira without the need of developers - and this is what I love most in Jira. :)
Hello there!
I have been an admin for Confluence / JIRA / JSM since 4-5 years now.
In most of the projects I have been involved, I advertised for JSM / JIRA because of its flexibility to fit in nearly any environment if you only tweak it enough to the existing demands. Mostly for pulling analog processes into the digital world, e.g. role creation automatisms, specific board creation, pulling data into JIRA / JSM from the local DWH.
I absolutely love the community here, so lively and helpful.
Have a good week everyone!
Hey,
I'm Chrissy. I've been using Jira for years now, but this is only my second time implementing JSM and my goodness, so much has changed over the last three years! I can't wait to see what the future roadmap has in store.
Hi all,
This is Sayed, I have been using JSM/JSD for almost 5 years, and I love the fact that it has evolved over time, my favorite feature is automation, it saves me hours of time.
Hi, i'm working with JIRA Server and confluence within my scope for more than 6 years.
We are running a transformation program to converge with other instances where JSM is used.
I'm looking forward to know more about JSM and learn from other people experience
Just commenting again to regain my kudos after an account migration. Might as wel answer the questions again :)
Hey everyone, I am not super new to JSM, as I have been on it since before it became JSM, while it was still JSD. I truly love it, and have rolled it out as a BPM for our institution, even building it out with custom Groovy framework to allow for additional integration with vendors and third-party APIs.
Love it and wish I could help all organizations use JSM to help digitize, streamline, and automate their workflows and processes.
Hello! I'm new to this group, but not to JSM.
How long have you been using Jira Service Management?
My experience with JSM started when I worked as an Atlassian engineer for a Solutions partner in 2018.
Have a special or unique use case for JSM? (If you do, you should submit your use case here for a chance to win.)
I recently showed how to use JSM approvals, Assets, and Atomation for Jira Software project intake at JiraCon22
Any fun facts you want to share

Hi everyone! My name is Kateryna.
So far, I'm wholly new to Jira, started to use it just a few months ago :)
I work as a product marketer at SaaSJet company, which develops add-ons for Jira. My product is SLA Time and Report for Jira, so I am overly interested in learning what questions and problems bother users to offer solutions as intelligently as possible. Thank you for the opportunity to be in your community! :)
